In September 2026, people searched for UWorld by name about 23,600 times in the United States, a 6.5% decrease from the previous year. These searches made up 22.4% of all United States MCAT prep course searches, placing UWorld second out of five brands. When we asked both ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about MCAT prep courses, UWorld appeared in three of the five answers and was the second most recommended of the five.
