In September 2026, Google Forms had more branded searches than Qualtrics among survey and form tools in New Zealand. Google Forms had about 34,100 branded searches, while Qualtrics had 2,000. In three ChatGPT questions and two Google AI Overviews, Google Forms was mentioned in four out of five: in two of the three ChatGPT answers and in both Google AI Overviews. Qualtrics was mentioned in three out of five: in two of the three ChatGPT answers and in one of the two Google AI Overviews. Google Forms was listed before Qualtrics in three out of five answers.
