In September 2026, Google Keep had more branded searches than Goodnotes among note-taking apps in New Zealand. Google Keep had about 6,050 branded searches, while Goodnotes had 1,050. Google Keep made up 15.2% of all note-taking app searches we track, and Goodnotes accounted for 2.6%. When we asked ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about note-taking apps, Goodnotes and Google Keep each appeared in three of the five answers.
