In Brandwave's three ChatGPT questions and two Google AI Overviews, Lavazza appeared every time. Lavazza was recommended most often, coming first in two out of three answers that gave a list. Taylors of Harrogate was second, and Pact Coffee was third. Kenco, which ranked sixth in searches, was not mentioned at all.
