In September 2026, Todoist had more branded searches than Apple Reminders among to-do list apps in New Zealand. Todoist had about 1,370 branded searches, while Apple Reminders had 70. Todoist made up 52.5% of all to-do list app searches we track, and Apple Reminders accounted for 2.7%. When we asked ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about to-do list apps, Todoist appeared in all five answers and Apple Reminders in four.
