In September 2026, people searched for Giphy by name about 27,100 times worldwide, a 22.1% increase from 11 months earlier. These searches made up 5.5% of all global GIF maker searches, placing Giphy second out of six makers. When we asked both ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about GIF makers, Giphy appeared in two of the five answers and was the fifth most recommended of the six.
