2degrees vs Spark:Which is more popular?

In September 2026, Spark had more branded searches than 2degrees among mobile and broadband providers in New Zealand. Spark had about 84,300 branded searches, while 2degrees had 70,900. Spark made up 18.5% of all mobile and broadband provider searches we track, and 2degrees accounted for 15.5%. When we asked ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about mobile and broadband providers, 2degrees appeared in all five answers and Spark in four. 2degrees was mentioned before Spark in three out of five answers.
