In September 2026, people searched for Trustpilot by name about 6,600 times in New Zealand, a 22.2% increase from the previous year. These searches made up 38.7% of all New Zealand customer review platform searches, placing Trustpilot second out of eight platforms. When we asked both ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about customer review platforms, Trustpilot appeared in four of the five answers and was the most recommended of the eight.
