In September 2026, Google Document AI had more branded searches than Amazon Textract among AI document processing platforms worldwide. Google Document AI had about 9,900 branded searches, while Amazon Textract had 9,000. Google Document AI made up 10.4% of all AI document processing platform searches we track, and Amazon Textract accounted for 9.4%. When we asked ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews about AI document processing platforms, Google Document AI appeared in all five answers and Amazon Textract in four. Google Document AI was mentioned before Amazon Textract in every answer.
