In Brandwave's three ChatGPT questions and two Google AI Overviews, Waitwhile, Qmatic and Qminder were mentioned most often, in three of the five answers. Waitwhile was recommended most often, coming first in two out of four answers that gave a list. Qminder was second, and Qmatic was third. Qtrac, which ranked sixth in searches, was not mentioned at all.
